Guitar Corps is a program that provides free guitars and guitar lessons to veterans. This initiative is a cooperative venture with Heroes’ Voices, Gryphon Stringed Instruments of Palo Alto, CA and Larry Chung. Mr. Chung, a well respected performer and teacher in the San Francisco Bay Area, is establishing a consortium of guitar teachers who will provide lessons to veterans free of charge. Gryphon has already begun donating guitars to veterans and is providing an inventory of fine guitars to Heroes’ Voices.
